We help organisations spot what’s shifting, understand what it means, and decide where to focus next.
Most forecasts focus too closely on individual products, companies or demonstrations. Those details change quickly. We forecast at the level of the underlying capability: what is becoming possible, who will be able to do it and what it will cost.
We ask what happens when AI lets non-specialists perform expert tasks, enables frontline employees to solve problems that once required a central team, allows software agents to act for customers or lets fraudsters produce convincing evidence at negligible cost. We identify the changes that will outlast individual products, estimate how quickly they could spread and test what might slow them down.
Example questions:
We build scenarios around how people and organisations will respond to these new capabilities. If AI agents negotiate for customers, how does buying change? If employees can solve problems without central teams, where should authority sit? If fraudsters can create thousands of convincing identities, which controls fail first?
We test what each scenario would do to demand, costs, jobs, controls and competitive advantage. We then separate the decisions that make sense now from those that depend on new evidence, and identify the signals that should change the plan. We are not trying to predict one exact future. We give leaders a basis for acting before the answer becomes obvious.
